Rock Mountain Man

Zoey After years of abuse at my crazy Aunt’s hands, I finally work up the courage to flee. My Mother’s legacy awaits me, across the border and the continent: Safety, tucked away in the peaks and valleys of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Rock My Dad picks up a hitchhiker in town whose destination is our neighbor’s long-empty property. Some chick, probably a squatter or transient is my guess. Frankly, I want nothing to do with it. It's none of my business, and I already have too much work to get done at home. But Dad convinces me to go check it out, just to make sure everything’s cool. When I do, what I find captiures me so completely, I have to make her mine.
