Homeland Security in New York City is tested when a group calling themselves the Sword Masters begins a campaign of terror by decapitating people. Director Robert Grimmson is challenged to catch these terrorists, all the while wondering what connection they have to Alexander Suten-Mdjai, a real sword master, importing thousands of swords into the city. Is a much larger threat possible? The clock is ticking as victims continue to fall.
