Natasha Wrightinton

Natasha Wrightington is a British clinical therapist. She has been passionate about diet and weight loss for over 10 years. She was inspired to write her first book Keto Diet for Beginners Quick Start Guide, after a work colleague made an unkind comment about her weight. Soon after, she discovered the ketogenic diet, spent over 200 hours reading and researching and lost over 20 pounds in 9 weeks without going to the gym or feeling hungry. She decided to put all her research into a book to help others. Natasha is now on a mission to help other women lose weight too, restore their health and boost their confidence. After friends approached her for advice, her husband suggested she become a Certified Health Coach, which she is currently working on. Natasha is married to a former Personal Trainer and lives between the UK and the US.
