I’m L.L. Gray, and I write darkly funny, fast-paced fantasy with captivating characters. My love for myths and magical mayhem has been a constant in my life. I grew up in the cheese-filled wonderland of Wisconsin, but these days I call Abu Dhabi home after traveling to as many countries as my schedule allowed. I’ve been a bookworm for as long as I can remember, but jumped into writing thanks to an amazing English teacher (shout out to Mrs. Hammes!). After a break from writing, I jumped back in three years ago and haven’t looked back. Now, I’ve got six children’s books, seven novels, and two novellas under my belt. I’m thrilled to say my urban fantasy series has won global awards, which I'm still pinching myself over, and I also write a paranormal cozy mystery series that’s full of quirky characters and enchanting plots. When I’m not writing, I’m off on magical adventures with my kids, battling invading elves or pranking the mischievous gnomes next door.
