L.A. Naylor

L.A. Naylor was born in Bermuda to Chinese and English parents. She moved to East London in the 1990s to study business before deciding that a corporate career was not for her. She is the author of the acclaimed 'Judge for Yourself, How Many are Innocent?' a book about miscarriages of justice in Britain. She interviewed people convicted of murder and learned a great deal about crime, the law and how elusive justice can be. As a result L.A. Naylor received a lifetime membership to the Millennium Awards Fellowship which recognises, celebrates and records the achievements of individuals working to strengthen and enrich their communities. The Land of Trees is her recently published debut novel.
