Firstly, thank you for coming along to find out a little more about me. I guess this is the part where pretend to be all grown up and write in third person about all my accomplishments and merits… but truth be told, I’m not all that grown up, not really. I still believe in magic, and unicorns, and the possibility that Faerie is a real place; that I may accidentally stumble upon it if I walk as softly as a nighttime fox upon the midnight loam or dance like a sprite between the trees. I still hope that if I hold my breath and make a wish, I may catch the shimmering golden wings of a dragon in flight between sunset drenched clouds. I am curious I still believe Perhaps this is the reason I love to write for children. The curious part of me that still wonders ‘what if?’ and the stubborn part of me that refuses to believe or conform to the grown up world. I’m a misfit carefully treading the fine line – between the outside world and the world inside my mind – like a trapeze artist with vertigo.
